    As part of our Front of House Staff, You are responsible for setting and resetting the dining room tables, refilling water, serving bread, restocking clean plates, silverware, and glassware. You must be able to work effectively with the rest of the staff. You should be friendly to our guests and be able to help out servers.

  • Casino Cleaner

    Your main priority is maintaining the overall cleanliness of the entire property. the job consists of cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures and slot machines. you are responsible for making sure the hotel hallways and guest restrooms are also clean to ensure our guests have a great experience in our establishment. on this job you may have to lift up to 50 lbs.

     

     

  • Cook

    Responsibilities include being able to set up and restock items in your station. You must be able to follow guidelines and recipes set by the restaurant. You must be efficient with your time and make sure all food is out within a timely manner. You should also be able to take direction and work in a team environment, you should also be able to work in a calm and effective manner.

     

     

    This is a Morning shift or Night shift position.

  • Dealer

    As a Dealer, you need to have knowledge of how to shuffle and deal cards required for all table games. you should have knowledge of dealing procedures and house rules. you should be cheerful and kind to any players at your table and be able to answer all questions. You should be able to work as a team member and associate with your fellow co workers.

     

     

    This Position requires an South Dakota Gaming License

  • Director of Marketing

    As our Director of Marketing, you will manage our Player’s Club staff and Marketing staff, You will gather details for new ideas, events and promotions. You should be able to perform analysis of competitor’s marketing strategies and campaigns. You should be able to come up with fresh ideas and strategies to keep ahead of our competitors.  You will also be working with the Director of Player Development when it comes to planning and advertising plans. You should be proficient in photo, video editing and Adobe.

     

     

     

    Must be able to obtain a SD gaming license within 30 days of hire.

  • Drop Team Member

    As a Drop Team member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the collection of all drop boxes from the casino floor; placing the drop boxes on the designated cart, securing the cart for transport to count room and recording cash totals from drop boxes. Position requires the ability to bend, lift and stand for an extended period of time. Accuracy is a very important factor in completing the Drop process. This position is an early morning position.

    Requires SD Gaming License.

  • Floor Supervisor

    Supervises all activities on casino floor during scheduled shift. Expected to circulate around casino, observe all areas are covered for each shift and that everyone adheres to South Dakota gaming rules and that no minors are allowed on the casino floor. Must be well versed in guest relations with emphasis on customer service and conflict resolution.

    The Floor Supervisor is in charge on every shift and works directly with the management staff on duty. Wide range of general responsibilities on a day-to-day basis may include supervision of all staff members in the absence of the management such as desk clerks, hotel staff, maintenance staff, bartenders, cocktail waitresses, blackjack dealers, restaurant staff, parking attendants, shuttle drivers, etc. You must be able to deal with employee issues and communicate with relevant managers.

    Requires SD Gaming License.

  • Front Desk

    As part of our Front Desk staff, you are the second face our guests see when coming into the hotel. you must be attentive and time efficient. you should have good communication skills and be able to be kind and friendly to guests. You should know the local area and be knowledgeable of local attractions. You should be able to check in and check out guests effectively and ensuring the guest is satisfied in a timely manner.

     

    This is a Part Time and Full Time position

  • Host

    As a part of our Front of House staff, You must be professional and prompt in answering phone calls, you must also be effective in seating people, you should be able to treat guests with great customer service and must be able to possess knowledge of all food and beverage served. You must also know of promotions and features being sold. You should be able to work as a team member to provide the best customer service for our guests.

  • Housekeeper

    Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways and hotel public areas. Job tasks include servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking cart with room supplies, replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies. Position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members and ability to bend, lift and stand or walk all day.

  • Kitchen Supervisor

    As our Night Shift Kitchen Supervisor, you are responsible with keeping the entire kitchen staff as a conducive unit, making sure everyone is working with each other to maintain great customer service for our guests.  Must be able to work in a high pressure environment and be able to hold the company policies and procedures.  You must be able to produce efficiency in the restaurant making sure our guests are getting excellent service.

     

    This is a Night shift Position

  • Server

    Ensures restaurant customers are completely satisfied with their visit from the moment they arrive until they pay and leave. Job duties include accurately taking orders, delivering food and drinks, resolving any issues and processing payments. Must be able to work with the public, hosts, cooks and bussing staff to achieve outstanding service quality always giving our customers an unforgettable experience.

  • Valet

    As part of our Valet staff, you are the first face our guests see so it should always be professional and welcoming. You must be attentive and efficient with your time and make sure all guests are catered for and ensuring they have a minimal wait time for their vehicles or anything they may need. You may also need to lift objects 40 lbs or more as you may have to help guests bring their luggage to their rooms.
