    As a Dealer, you need to have knowledge of how to shuffle and deal cards required for all table games. you should have knowledge of dealing procedures and house rules. you should be cheerful and kind to any players at your table and be able to answer all questions. You should be able to work as a team member and associate with your fellow co workers.

  • Drop Team Member

    As a Drop Team member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the collection of all drop boxes from the casino floor; placing the drop boxes on the designated cart, securing the cart for transport to count room and recording cash totals from drop boxes. Position requires the ability to bend, lift and stand for an extended period of time. Accuracy is a very important factor in completing the Drop process. This position is an early morning position.

    Requires SD Gaming License.

  • Floor Supervisor

    Supervises all activities on casino floor during scheduled shift. Expected to circulate around casino, observe all areas are covered for each shift and that everyone adheres to South Dakota gaming rules and that no minors are allowed on the casino floor. Must be well versed in guest relations with emphasis on customer service and conflict resolution.

    The Floor Supervisor is in charge on every shift and works directly with the management staff on duty. Wide range of general responsibilities on a day-to-day basis may include supervision of all staff members in the absence of the management such as desk clerks, hotel staff, maintenance staff, bartenders, cocktail waitresses, blackjack dealers, restaurant staff, parking attendants, shuttle drivers, etc. You must be able to deal with employee issues and communicate with relevant managers.

     

    Requires SD Key Gaming License. This is Graveyard Position

     

  • Housekeeper

    Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways and hotel public areas. Job tasks include servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, stocking cart with room supplies, replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies. Position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members and ability to bend, lift and stand or walk all day.

  • Maintenance

    As part of our Maintenance team, you are asked to support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the overall appearance and working order of the Mineral Palace. You should be able to work independently and with others, you should have overall maintenance knowledge and be able to troubleshoot. You should also be knowledgeable of the use of various tools and machinery.

     

     

  • Players Club Attendant

    As a part of our Player’s Club staff, you should have good customer service skill and be able to communicate effectively with the Director of Player Development and Group Sales and our guests. This position asks for you to be able to sign new players to our Player’s Club and be knowledgeable of events and promotions happening during those times. You should be approachable and knowledgeable of the Deadwood area and be able to answer questions about the area. You should have computer knowledge to be able to add new players to our system.

     

     

     

     

    This position requires a South Dakota Gaming Liscense.

     

  • PM Cook

    Responsibilities include being able to set up and restock items in your station. You must be able to follow guidelines and recipes set by the restaurant. You must be efficient with your time and make sure all food is out within a timely manner. You should also be able to take direction and work in a team environment, you should also be able to work in a calm and effective manner.

     

     

    This is a Night shift position.

  • PM Kitchen Supervisor

    As our Night Shift Kitchen Supervisor, you are responsible with keeping the entire kitchen staff as a conducive unit, making sure everyone is working with each other to maintain great customer service for our guests.  Must be able to work in a high pressure environment and be able to hold the company policies and procedures.  You must be able to produce efficiency in the restaurant making sure our guests are getting excellent service.

     

    This is a Night shift Position

  • Turndown Service Attendant

    As part of our Turndown Staff, you should be able to work independently as you will be on your own during your shift, you should have light housekeeping, laundry and cleaning skills. You should have good customer service skills, as you will be putting gifts into our guests’ room when they stay with us.
