- Casino Cleaner
It is your responsibility to support the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the Mineral Palace Property. The cleanliness of the property is a critical part of ensuring customer satisfaction and leaving a good impression. This position must be able to work independently as well as with others.
This job consists of cleaning the casino including clean and polish furniture, fixtures and slot machines. Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors, gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming them. Service, clean, and supply restrooms in the Casino as well as the Gem Steakhouse. Clean hotel hallways, employee break room, back halls, meeting room and upstairs offices.
Must ALWAYS carry a radio with you to answer calls for cleaning requests. Always notify managers concerning need for major repairs.

- Shuffle and deal cards as required for the blackjack play or any other assigned game.

- Answer questions or inquiries from patrons.

- Floor Supervisor – Swing Shift

The main goal of the Floor Supervisor is to oversee gaming staff including circulating among casino tables and observing operations to ensure that all stations and games are covered for each shift, and that everyone adheres to the rules of the games.
The Floor Supervisor is in charge on every shift and works directly with the management staff on duty. The Floor Supervisor has a wide range of general responsibilities on a day-to-day basis which may include supervision of all staff members in the absence of management such as desk clerks, hotel staff, maintenance staff, bartenders, cocktail waitresses, blackjack dealers, restaurant staff, parking attendants, shuttle drivers, etc. You must be able to deal with employee issues and communicate with relevant managers.
A CURRENT GAMING LICENSE AND NAME TAG MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES

Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and pursuing any issues to an end resolution. The agent must exhibit courteous hospitality at all times and must be proactive in every area. Duties will include checking guests into and out of the hotel, fulfilling their requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned. Pleasant attitude and excellent demeanor. Work well under pressure. Schedule Flexibility is necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responds quickly to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Possesses knowledge of reservation and billing systems, maintains room availability and possesses knowledge of hotel products, rates, and special programs/emergency procedures.
- Handles departmental accounting of monies, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit; posts all charges; completes cashier’s report, prepares deposit and counts cashier bank. Follows hotel’s credit policies.

- Line Cook (AM & PM)
Line Cooks are responsible for preparing assigned food items. They must follow the recipes and the portion control guidelines set by the food establishment.
- Set up their stations and restocking items.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Restock all items as needed throughout shifts.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills.
- Understand and have knowledge to properly use and maintain equipment in station.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Possess basic cooking skills
- Possess basic understanding of how to use food service equipment.
